Farm UpdateWe are looking forward to another productive year. 2018 was a bountiful year here at Covelo Organic - despite all of the fires and smoke that covered the Round Valley for most of the summer months. The covercrop of bell beans, triticale and rye is growing strong. The garlic is mulched and healthy. And the garden is saturated from all of this years rainfall! We've started the spring and early summer crops in the greenhouse. And as soon as the soil can be worked we will begin transplanting and direct seeding. 2019 Community Supported AgricultureThe 2019 CSA season will start on June 12th and end November 20. We are starting a little later this season due to all of the rain we are receiving this year. Membership forms are available here: membership sheet and mail it in with your fee. If you have questions please feel free to contact us. Chefs and RestauranteursIf you have a local restaurant or market and need high quality organic produce delivered, we would be only too happy to oblige. Give a call.
